Our Story
AnchorPoint started because there was a gap in Salem. Plenty of agencies offer companionship and basic personal care. Far fewer can also provide medication administration and skilled nursing under the same roof, which means families often have to juggle two or three agencies as a parent's needs change.
We built the agency around a Comprehensive in-home care license, the broadest the Oregon Health Authority issues for this category. That gives us authority to provide everything from a friendly weekly visit to daily insulin injections, all under one care plan, all supervised by a registered nurse.
The name AnchorPoint refers to what families actually need when a parent or spouse starts to decline: a steady, reliable point of contact that handles the care while the family handles the rest of life.
We are small, new, and intentional about who we hire. If you have a loved one in Salem or the surrounding area who needs care, the next step is a free in-home assessment. A clinical professional comes to the home, listens, and helps you decide what level of help fits.
