Getting Started Is Simple

Most families go from first call to care starting in less than a week. Here is what that looks like.

1

Free Consultation

Call (503) 877-3126 to talk through your loved one's situation. No pressure.

2

In-Home Assessment

A registered nurse visits the home to assess needs and meet the family.

3

Custom Care Plan

The RN writes a care plan covering schedule, tasks, and any clinical needs.

4

Care Begins

A caregiver starts. The RN reviews the plan every 90 days and adjusts as needed.

Why AnchorPoint

01

Comprehensive Care License

Our Comprehensive in-home care license covers all five levels of care plus transportation. You will not have to switch agencies if needs change over time.

02

Clinical Supervision

A registered nurse writes every care plan and reviews it every 90 days. Caregivers follow it. If something changes, the plan changes with it.

03

Dignity-First Approach

Caregivers follow each client's own routine, not the other way around. If your father shaves before breakfast, that is when shaving happens.

04

Local & Community-Rooted

Salem-based and locally owned. The owner is a working RN who is involved in every client. No franchise. No call center.
